COACHING FOR THE CREATIVE

Who is she?
I grew up in a world of music, DIY craft sets, and half-finished stories. Weekends were a blur of music school and drama rehearsals; my downtime spent lost in the rhythm of knitting needles or the pages of a notebook. I was always drawn to aesthetics - how things looked, felt, moved together. The way creativity could be something you wore, something that told a story without words. It wasn’t just something I did - it was the air I breathed.
And then, somewhere along the way, I stopped.
A few years after earning my music degree, I found myself in a ‘real’ job, living a ‘real’ life, and somehow completely disconnected from the creativity that once defined me. It was easier this way. No more wrestling with procrastination, imposter syndrome, creative blocks, or miscommunications with fellow artists. And definitely no more of that terrifying question: What if my creative vision is actually worth realising?
But creativity doesn’t just disappear. It lingers, waiting for you to notice. And eventually, if you ignore it long enough, it starts to feel like something’s missing.
For me, the missing piece turned out to be coaching.
I’ve been coaching for over a decade now, working with everyone from ambitious creatives and entrepreneurs to corporate leaders and executive teams. I’ve trained in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), completed ICF-recognised coaching courses, and honed my skills across corporate coaching, life coaching, and wellness coaching as well as developing and delivering leadership development programs. I’ve worked within coaching organisations, helping professionals at all levels break through mental blocks, refine their goals, and actually achieve what they set out to do. Coaching isn’t just something I offer - it’s something I live and breathe, because I’ve seen first hand how powerful it is.
Maybe you know this feeling too - that sense that you’re meant to be creating at the highest level, but instead, you’re caught in a loop of overthinking, self-doubt, or the relentless pressure to produce something groundbreaking. Coaching is what helped me break that cycle, and I know it can do the same for you.
Being diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-20s was a huge lightbulb moment. Suddenly, so much made sense - the whirlwind ideas, the struggle to finish what I started, the all-or-nothing bursts of creative energy. Coaching changed everything for me. It gave me actual, practical strategies to work with my brain instead of against it. And while not all creatives have ADHD, the strategies I use work just as powerfully for any creative mind - helping to overcome stagnation, refine decision-making, and turn vision into reality.
Without coaching, even the most brilliant creatives can get stuck - big ideas, little follow-through, bursts of motivation followed by weeks of uncertainty. With coaching? You get clarity. Precision. Momentum. You start executing at the level you know you’re capable of. You stop second-guessing and start leading with confidence.
That’s why I’m here - because I know what it’s like, and I know it doesn’t have to be that hard. Coaching isn’t about ‘fixing’- it’s about unlocking. It’s about cutting through the noise, refining your vision, and making sure your creativity doesn’t just stay an idea - it becomes something real.
If you’re ready to operate at your highest level - whether it’s launching that collection, leading your creative team with more impact, or finally making your boldest ideas a reality let’s talk. Creativity thrives with clarity. Let’s make it happen.

FOR THE CREATIVE

CREATIVES
For those whose mind is full of both brilliance and noise. With more ideas
than hours in the day and yet a failure to launch due to 'overwhelm' 'laziness' 'procrastination'. Coaching will help you not only start, but finish the project
AND enjoy the project.
ENTREPRENUERS
You hold the vision, what you need is clarity and direction and to eliminate unhelpful voices of those who don't get it. Coaching streamlines your thinking, helps you to identify what's important and what's not, and frees up your headspace to focus on where you're going.
CREATIVE TEAMS
Creatives working together are like fireworks, they can produce beautiful things when going well but can also be dangerous and explosive. Together we work to harness the beauty, thinking about how the team members can understand one another, communicate better, embrace healthy conflict and maximise the individual brilliance to form effective collaboration.
